January 24, 2022 was the 2-year anniversary of the explosion that killed at least 3 people, destroyed hundreds of homes, and injured many.  Kwok Daniel is  honored to represent 1,000 claimants and serve on the Plaintiffs' steering committee in the January 24, 2020 Explosion MDL.   The lawsuits below are filed with the Court as public record.

If you are not listed in lawsuit 1-8, we do not represent you for any potential claims arising from the January 24, 2020 explosion.
